Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms

Founded in 2010 as a voice for freedom in Canada's courtrooms, the mission of the Justice Centre is to defend the constitutional freedoms of Canadians through litigation and education. We fight for Canada to become and remain a free society, where the equality of all Canadians and their individual freedoms are celebrated and respected.

The Justice Centre focuses on ensuring that government respects the following pillars of our free society:

  • Freedom of Conscience and Religion
  • Freedom of Thought, Belief, Opinion and Expression, including Freedom of the Press
  • Freedom of Peaceful Assembly
  • Freedom of Association
  • The Right to Life, Liberty and the Security of the Person
  • Equality before the law
